Most modern, fashionable jackets are made of a combination of rainproof and nonwoven materials.
Summer clothes should be distinguished from other models by the lightness of the material to ensure comfort during the hot season. MBocharova brand widely uses the best materials for the comfort of its customers, so we offer a wide range of dresses made of soft and staple fabrics. Let's take a closer look at the latter material.
This type of fabric first appeared in Europe, specifically in Germany, in the early 20th century, almost by accident. Manufacturers were looking for a use for leftover viscose production: there was a lot of it, but the fibers were only 40-45 cm long. In German, the name of the material means “bundle,” and this perfectly reflects its production method - a simple linen weave. The result is an extremely lightweight and undemanding fabric that is actively winning favor with summer clothing manufacturers and buyers around the world.
Staple, made from 100% cotton fibers, is the most hypoallergenic fabric and is suitable for people with the most severe allergies. The most popular staple fabric is cotton and viscose, in a 50% to 50% ratio. Textiles can also be made more flexible by adding only 5% elastane to the composition. When it comes to decoration, staple is almost ideal in this regard: there is a distinction between plain or one-color fabric and printed fabric, which can have a full range of colors and patterns. In addition to the ease of dyeing, this material is also resistant to fading in direct sunlight and does not fade after repeated washing. Therefore, summer clothes made from this fabric are not only bright and colorful, but also durable and practical. Finally, the hygroscopicity - the ability to absorb moisture - of staple is also high, which is so necessary for products intended for the warm season.
Staple is a wear-resistant material, but is not very resistant to mechanical damage. The products should be washed at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
House blue is the only product for bleaching yellowed items;
If washing in a washing machine, use a gentle wash cycle;
Use liquid laundry detergents without aggressive chemical ingredients or abrasive particles;
For grass or grease stains, apply a solution of soap or laundry detergent to the soiled area and wash as soon as possible;
Add fabric softener to the wash to prevent wrinkling and creasing;
Staple garments are best dried under normal conditions, with good ventilation, without the use of heating devices. Garments should be hung up to drain naturally or in a horizontal, upright position;
Iron garments with staple on the reverse side through gauze or a thin cotton cloth and try not to stretch the fabric with the iron;
The main prerequisite for preserving garments made of this material is minimal contact with moisture. Under its influence, garments can shrink by 4%-7% of their original volume, so they should be stored in a ventilated closet, spread out on hangers or carefully folded in cotton bags;
If it is necessary to starch clothes from a constant, follow the ratio of 1 teaspoon of starch per 1 liter of water.
Use chlorine-based bleaching agents, as this will damage the fiber structure of the fabric;
Soak before washing;
Rub the fabric against itself or other surfaces while washing, do not wring it out;
Ironing after soaking the fabric with an iron or by hand, pressing the product firmly with the hot surface of the machine.
Take care of your MBocharova brand clothes according to simple rules, and your favorite things will maintain an attractive appearance, comfort and convenience for a long time!
