RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
MBocharova products purchased in the online store can be returned or exchanged. The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw.
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product only if it has all the tags attached and has no signs of use.
How to return products to MBOCHAROVA store:- Fill out the appropriate application form.
- if the purchase was made in the online store, our manager will send it to the customer.
- Check the conformity of the product packaging.

After the shipment successfully arrives at our warehouse and is checked for compliance by the quality control department, the sender will receive a notification that the goods have been accepted for return.
Please note: if the sender provides incorrect information, we will not be responsible for receiving the shipment.
Please note: the costs associated with the replacement or return of goods without manufacturing defect purchased from the MBocharova online store are at the customer's own expense.
Important: if you choose to return goods without a manufacturing defect (due to incorrect size or color change), the goods must have a proper consumer appearance (without signs of wear, damage, with original labels).
Refund of funds for the goods is made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse. Funds are transferred to a bank account.
Products with defects or unsuitable goods (something that was not ordered) must be returned to the warehouse in the original packaging and with all original labels.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or inadequate quality, all return costs will be paid by MBocharova. In this case, in addition to the application form and receipt, a shipping receipt must be attached to the shipment. These costs will be refunded along with the money for the goods.
